AI Copilot

What is Copilot for?

Copilot is an assistant integrated into the dashboard that helps agents write faster. It suggests responses and formulations based on the selected client's context.

Where to find it in the interface?

In the dashboard, in the right-hand "Info" panel. Available tabs: "Client" and "Copilot" (and sometimes "Comments" if activated).

Activate / Configure Copilot (in Settings)

This configuration is available for users with admin rights.

  1. Go to: Settings-> "Copilot" tab.
  2. Fill in the fields:
    1. "Agent ID": Copilot identifier (provided by the technical team / admin).
    2. "Language": Default language for responses (fr/en/ar).
    3. "Custom prompt" (optional): Global instructions to guide responses.
    4. "Prediction prompt" (optional): Instructions for suggested responses.
  3. Click on "Save".

After saving, the Copilot panel in the dashboard automatically uses this configuration.

What the agent sees on screen

  • Messages sent by the agent.
  • Responses suggested by Copilot.

Copilot responses can contain formatted text (lists, sections, etc.).

History Mode (read-only)

In some pages (e.g., history/folder), Copilot can be displayed in read-only mode:

  • No input.
  • No sending.
  • No "Use answer" button.

Important (expected) behaviors

  • Without a selected client: Copilot displays a message indicating that no client is selected.
  • With each client change: Copilot reloads the Copilot conversation associated with that client.
  • Upon sending: A Copilot response is added to the list.

Points of attention

Copilot does not replace human validation: the agent must review and adapt.
