Intent
An intent is a set of sentences sharing the same meaning
The process of creating and teaching the bot the most important intent is very important because it will:

• allow the bot to "understand" the user intent based on what he has learned before
• allow the bot to "generalize" and understand new sentences that fits the learned intents
