Data Retrieval

From the platform, you can easily retrieve the following data:

• User data collected through the channel (messenger data for instance)
• User data collected by the bot through the conversations (my age is 19y for instance)
• All the conversations related to a specific user

To do this, go to the Conversations Module, find the targeted user and click on the appropriate Download button shown in the screenshot below.

Only users with Admin role on a bot can download user data and conversations.
