In this report, you can find the total number of users interacting with the bot day by day and by channel.

You can also get a synthetic view with the following numbers

• Total users: All users interacting with your bot during the period
• Returning Users: users that had talked to the bot before and during the period
• New users: Users that have never talked to your bots before the selected period
