What are types of surveys are provided by Smartly.AI?

In Smartly.AI, you will be able to send two different but equally interesting types of surveys:

  • Conversations surveys
  • Answers surveys

Conversations surveys are related to the overall experience.
Using this survey, you may ask the users the following questions:

  • How was your experience ?
    → 👍👎 with a thumps or down response

  • Can you rate this bot experience?
    → ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ with a rating between 1 to 5/5

  • Can you leave us a comment to enhance this bot?
    → 💬 with a text response
