Analytics > Interactions

The interactions report allows you to see how many user messages have been processed by your bot.
Those messages can be sent via button clicks, writen or spoken.
The two graphs of this report will show you how the number of interactions evolves, by type & by channel.

also you can have some key figures on your interactions as shown below

  • User interactions: The total number of interactions (both clicks and written messages) with your bot during the selected period.
  • Button clicks: The percentage and total count of interactions that were clicks on buttons or quick replies.
  • Written messages: The percentage and total count of interactions where users typed and sent a message.
  • Autocompletion: The percentage and total count of interactions initiated via an autocompletion suggestion.
