Smartly GPT

The Smartly GPT integration is a powerful tool that allows you to create a centralized, web-based portal where users can access one or more of your AI Assistants. Instead of deploying a single bot, you are deploying a hub, which is perfect for scenarios like an internal employee helpdesk with different specialized bots, or a customer-facing portal for various services.

Getting Started

  1. From the main sidebar, navigate to the Integrations section.
  2. On the Integrations dashboard, find the Smartly GPT card under the "Instant Messaging" category and click Connect.

  • Bot selector: Click this field to open a dropdown list of your available bots. You can select one or more bots to include in the portal.

Security Tab

This tab allows you to control access to your Smartly GPT portal.

  • Security Status:
Enabled (Blue): The portal will be private and password-protected. Disabled (Grey): The portal will be public and accessible to anyone with the link.
  • Password: If you enable the security status, you must enter the password that users will need to provide to access the page.

Demo Page Tab

This tab provides a direct, shareable link to your live portal.

Demo page link: Use this URL to test your portal or share it directly with your users.

Code Tab

This tab provides the code snippet needed to embed the entire Smartly GPT portal experience into another website or application.

Integration code: Copy this code block and paste it into the <body> section of your webpage where you want the portal to appear.

The Final Result

Once launched, the demo page link will take you to your portal. Users will see a list of the assistants you integrated, allowing them to choose which one they want to interact with.
