Sentiment Analysis

The role of Sentiment Analysis module is to give you a global understanding of the mood of your user by analysing his writen request. The result is provided as two values in the API output that you can use to customize your bot answers.

  • a label among those three positive, neutral, negative
  • a score within the range [1, -1] that gives you an indication on how positive or negative is the user request.

Not all languages have this feature
