Knowledge Bases :

• We have improved the "Search URLs" feature so that it can find links within a broader variety of websites, such as React App websites.
• PDF page splitting: Allows for splitting PDF files into one document per page. Note that for PDFs generated from PowerPoint, this splitting is done automatically.
• Better scrapping of React based websites
• Better management of big CSV files
• Ability to combine the Puppeteer web scrapper with CSS Selectors (as for Cheerio)

UI / UX:

• Refreshed design

Large Language Models:

• Open.AI's gpt-4o-mini available in the platform
• Open.AI's gpt-4o model will default ti the latest version of this model, eg: gpt-4o-2024-08-06
• API tokens are now required to create new Open.AI deployments

Observability

• You can now click on any bot response to get detailed info on what happened during the process. JSON output is easier to read.

Bot sharing:

• We added a the new "Client" role, this role allows you to share a bot with only the "Conversations" and "Analytics" permissions
• Better management of permissions for Assistants

Webchat

• Added a setting to customize the tooltip reduce button

Surveys

• Conversational surveys: Create ultra customized surveys. The agent will then ask the questions directly in the chat and send the results to the platform. While the legacy surveys only worked in the webchat, this new type of surveys works on any channel.
