  • Added: {Webchat} New option to confirm if the user is leaving the conversation or not (see image below)
  • Improved: {Twitter DM} Users are automatically unmuted 72h after having being muted
  • Improved: {Webchat} The characters counter is only shown if the distance between the lenght of the user message and the limit defined in the webchat integration is lesser than 10 character.
